Although we cannot give legal or tax advice we would be happy to tell you how we got started and offer suggestions for your follow-up. We started SNIP with a vision and little else. As a result of the generosity of many donors and the hard work of lots of volunteers, our program has grown to a point where we are having a huge impact on reducing dog and cat overpopulation.
